When we refer to "we," "us," or "our," we mean IT Computing Services Inc, a Georgia corporation or the specific division, subsidiary, or affiliate that operates the Site, provides its content, or processes information received through it, each as appropriate and applicable.

Information Ownership

We, or the entity on whose behalf we operate a Site, own the information collected through the Sites.

Information We Collect From You

In order to operate the Sites and provide you with information, products and services that may be requested by or of interest to you, we may collect and retain "Personal Information" which means information that could be used to contact you such as full name, postal address, phone number, email address, and employer or company information. We use your IP address to administer and optimize the Sites for you and diagnose problems with the Sites. Log Files

We or our hosting provider may collect traffic information from visitors for statistical analysis and Site improvement. We may occasionally use your phone number to contact you with updates, sales notifications, or other promotional information about our products and services or those of our affiliated companies or trusted third party partners in which you may be interested. Clickstream Data

As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each website you visit. As a company focused on serving the needs of businesses, ITCS’ssites are not directed to minors and ITCS does not promote or market its services to minors.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, California residents may request that we:

• the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you and the categories of personal information we sold
• the categories of sources from which we collected such personal information
• the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information about you and
• the categories of third parties to whom we sold or otherwise disclosed personal information

2. delete personal information we collected from you or correct inaccurate personal information about you;

3. opt-out of any future sale of personal information about you; see support email below.

We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law. If you are an authorized agent making an access or deletion request on behalf of a Californian resident, please reach out to us via the support@webclock.biz and indicate that you are an authorized agent. We will provide you with instructions on how to submit a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a Californian resident.

Our Security Precautions

We may collect site use data for security and operations management to help keep our sites, facilities, networks and systems secure, or to investigate and prevent potential fraud, including ad fraud and cyber-attacks and to detect bots. Your information is secured where ITCS has implemented appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, as well as all other forms of unlawful processing.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. We indicate the date of the current Privacy Policy above, so you know when it was last updated. Continued use of the Site(s) after any such revision or modification constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy as so revised or modified.

If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on one or more Sites and/or other places we deem appropriate.

Correcting or Updating Personal Information

Choice/Opt-out

If you no longer wish to receive promotional materials or have your Personal Information provided to third parties, you may modify your account settings. It may take up to ten (10) business days for this request to be processed. If you opt not to receive such communications or allow us to share your information and then give your Personal Information to us again using the Sites or under other circumstances that permit us to use your information, we will regard your opt-out as rescinded.
